Take your pick! Howbury Farm Flower bouquet workshops

19th July, 23rd August and 21st September.
Join florist, Catherine Elworthy, and Lucy and Jane from Howbury Farm Flowers for a masterclass in hand-tied bouquets throughout this summer.
Starting with a tour of the beautiful walled garden in Renhold, Lucy and Jane will talk about the flowers they grow and the varieties that are available at this time of year.  After being shown how to cut flowers, you’ll be let loose to wander through the garden to cut whatever takes your fancy.
Once you’ve chosen your blooms, you will learn the art of making a hand-tied bouquet from Catherine Elworthy. You will then celebrate with tea and cakes.
  • Beautiful big blooms!
“The fabulous thing is that is bouquet is so unique and individual as people choose the colours and flowers they like,” said Catherine.  “They end up with a bouquet style that reflects them – some are neat and compact and some are large and wild!”
Bouquet workshops are becoming increasingly popular as presents for people as a relaxing treat and also as something a little bit different to do with friends.  It’s perfect for special birthday get-togethers, hen parties or work team-building.
Catherine can also create bespoke floristry workshops.
