The beautiful renovation of the Bedford Swan Hotel continues apace, with the Pen & Cob restaurant now complete.
The light and airy room is flooded with light from across the River Great Ouse and there is now an entrance from the Embankment, making drinks, brunch, lunch or dinner even more enticing.
This year, the Pen & Cob has launched its Bottomless Brunch menu at £30pp. The choice includes traditional English breakfast or vegetarian alternative, plus eggs benedict, smashed avo or French toast, accompanied by bottomless hot drinks and toast, plus unlimited prosecco, draught beer or cider, bucks fizz, bloody Mary or fresh fruit juices.
Fancy upgrading? For £40pp you can enjoy the Bottomless Gin Brunch, with bottomless single measures of any of the Pen & Cob gins mixed with Franklin & Sons tonics.
You can even book a private dining room for larger groups or special occasions. The bottomless brunches are for a two-hour table sitting and are the perfect way to kick off your Saturday or ease into a Sunday.
